Wick Feed Oil Cups
GITS Oil Feed Wicking is a proven method of positively filtering dust or other foreign matter, definitely preventing them from reaching the bearing. Wicking is either wool yarn, wool felt or woven cotton. Wire-coated cotton wicking feeds clean oil from the cap to the bearing by means of capillary action. Saturation of the wicking keeps the bearing moist long after the cup is drained.
